Dispatcher

I have been with the company for 4 years. I started as a driver after covid closed down my previous job. I was promoted to the Dispatch team a year ago and the transition was easy with the help of Felix. My responsibilities with the team are to ensure drivers are prepared for their daily routes, answering questions and solving problems regarding delivering packages and any issues with the van they drive for the day.
