Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
OPEN ENROLLMENT STARTS IN JANUARY
We provide comprehensive insurance plans to support your health and wellness. It’s crucial to sign up within the first 30 days of employment to ensure you’re covered.
Medical Insurance:
- Cost: $32.57 per week
- Covers routine doctor visits, hospital care, and prescriptions.
Dental Insurance:
- Cost: $4.77 per week
- Includes regular cleanings, exams, and certain dental procedures.
Vision Insurance:
- Cost: $2.20 per week
- Covers annual eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.
Make sure to enroll during your first month to avoid waiting until the next open enrollment period.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Invest in your future and your retirement!
Planning for your future is essential, and at Clear Logistics, we help you build a secure financial foundation with our 401(k) retirement plan. These plans are administered by ADP and you will automatically receive an email from ADP Retirement Planning upon your eligibility (see picture to the left)
- Eligibility: You will be automatically enrolled in the 401k plan after completing your first 90 days of employment.
- After 90 days, we will automatically start deducting 7% of your salary and putting it into the 401k plan.
- Clear Logistics will match the first 5% of your contributions.
If you want to change your contributions, you can do so by logging into ADP.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
Choose from almost 2000 education courses to continue your education. We will reimburse you for $5250 per year of your enrollment.
Alternately if you are already enrolled in an accredited school you can apply for tuition reimbursement where you can receive that same $5250 per year.
- Eligibility: Full-time employees who have been with the company for at least six months.

Free Safety Shoes
Free Safety Shoes on day one and again EVERY twelve months.
At Clear Logistics, your safety is our top priority.
We provide you with a $125 credit per calendar year to spend on Zappos Safety Shoes.
On day one of your training, trainers will help you buy safety shoes on zappos.com. Make sure to remember your username and password so you can buy in the future as well.
